What is Titanium?

 

Properties and Appearance

Titanium is a chemical element with the symbol Ti on the Periodic Table and an atomic number of 22.

 It is a silvery-white color with a deep luster. 

It’s excellent strength and low density make it extremely useful in aerospace, military, and industrial applications. It is alloyed with many other metals to make use to its strength.

Titanium is resistant to corrosion in aqua regia, chlorine, and sea water.
