Molybdenum TZM is a Molybdenum alloy.

Properties and Appearance

Molybdenum TZM is a stronger, harder, and more ductile alloy than raw Molybdenum. It is a slightly gold metal with a low luster. It’s part of the corrosion-resistant and high-temperature group.

TZM has good thermal conductivity, is corrosion-resistant, machinable, and has low vapor pressure. It does well in high-strength, high-temperature applications.

Due to its strength at high temperatures, Molybdenum TZM is ideal in vacuum furnaces, x-ray equipment, and rocket nozzles.
